Country Garden House was built by John & Helen as their family home in 1996 on a beautiful 2 acre site located in the townland of Knockanboy, just 1 mile from the village of Dervock and 3 miles from the market town of Ballymoney.

 

Already on this site were the derelict remains of an old school built in 1860 for the children of the local farming community. This was lovingly restored in 1999 to a 2 bedroom cottage - now known as Garden Cottage.
